Delivery region

We ship to the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. We do not currently ship internationally or to U.S. territories or military addresses, including APO/FPO addresses.

Processing and transit estimates

Order processing is estimated at 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Transit after dispatch is estimated at 2–4 business days. The combined delivery estimate is 3–6 business days. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Alaska and Hawaii are included in the service region. Carrier availability and delivery timing can vary by destination; the options shown at checkout confirm what is available for a particular order.

Tracking and delays

When tracking is available, we will send tracking details after dispatch. Carrier scans may take time to appear. If an order is delayed before dispatch, we will notify you with an updated estimate and let you accept the revised timing or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund. After dispatch, use the tracking information and contact us if you need help.
